Got shots at a Vetco clinic inside Petco and now someone wants proof? Here's where the records are and the fastest way to get them — usually in minutes.

Updated October 2026

Quick answer

Search your email for the Vetco receipt — it includes your pet's records as a PDF. If it's gone, download them from your account on vetcoclinics.com, or call Vetco customer service at 877-838-7468.

First: which Vetco did you visit?

Either way, the records belong to Vetco's system, not the store. Petco store staff generally can't print them for you — go through the email, the website or the phone line below.

3 ways to get your Vetco vaccine records

Check your email for the clinic receipt

Vetco says you'll get an email receipt after the clinic with your pet's medical records attached as a PDF. Search your inbox (and spam / promotions) for "Vetco".

Download them online

Vetco says records are available for download on its website. Go to vetcoclinics.com → My Account → access medical records. You'll identify yourself with the email or phone number you used when booking.

Call Vetco customer service

877-838-7468 (as listed on vetcoclinics.com, Oct 2026). Have your pet's name, your phone/email and the approximate visit date ready.

Got the PDF? Save it into PetTally — the scanner pulls out each vaccine and due date so the next groomer or kennel visit is one tap.

Lost the records from a while ago?

Vetco says it keeps records for at least 3 years, so older visits can still be retrieved — call the number above.
