The PetVet vaccine clinics at Tractor Supply are operated by VIP Petcare, which Tractor Supply acquired in 2026. Because they're pop-up clinics, Tractor Supply store staff can't pull your records — VIP Petcare holds them.

After the visit you should get two emails: a copy of your pet's medical records and an itemized invoice. VIP Petcare warns they often land in spam or promotions.

Log in to My Pet Portal

VIP Petcare's My Pet Portal (mypetportal.vippetcare.com) has your pet's medical records, certificates, lab results and reminders, 24/7. Sign up with the phone number you gave at the clinic.

Gotchas to know

Rabies certificate: the official certificate is given at the time of vaccination — keep it (or photograph it) right away.
